Schools in the US can save their ancient buildings

Across the U.S., kids are sitting in freezing, molding, and all too often dangerous classrooms. Over 50 years old, primary schools for underprivileged families are falling apart. Worse: It provides the kids with poorer life skills. There are so many of these schools and education institutions; USD 568bn needed for renovation and modernization to solve the problem. It is the second-largest category of under-funded infrastructure in the U.S. Fortunately, for institutional investors always looking out opportunities, the Americans will mobilize through public-private partnership.
